Anthony Funkhouser visited the Schofield Barracks Behavioral Health/Dental project site Dec. 5 where he listened to Project Engineer Dustin Timm give an overview of the two-phase project. and later walked the project site with Timm, District Deputy Commander Lt. Col. Joshua Sturgill, Schofield Barracks Deputy Area Engineer Capt. Katay Phommathep, Project Engineer 1st Lt. Mariah Caid-Loos, Schofield Barracks Area Engineer Jean McAninch, Schofield Barracks Resident Engineer Kimberly Jyo, Construction Representative Kailani Vazquez, and contractor team leadership.
