The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District recently finished the first of three contracts of the U.S. Army Pacific’s Mission Command Facility (MCF) at Fort Shafter with the successful completion of a central utilities plant, switch building, communications hub, and arrival building. The contractor for the first contract was Niking Corporation.
