Honolulu District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Executive Support Professional Vicky Cummings recently arrived to Honolulu District after spending almost 10 years with Tulsa District, Southwest Division. Cummings career path and experience is mostly in the administrative field but during her deployments she wore several hats making her realize her personal strengths.
