On May 12, 2012 the State of Hawaii, Department of Land and Natural Resources hosted a community meeting where the Corps of Engineers spoke with Kahana Valley residents and other interested parties about the Remedial Investigation of the former Pacific Jungle Combat Training Center.A site visit to the Pacific Jungle Combat Training Center was conducted on May 12, 2012.
