Lieutenant Colonel Eric S. Marshall became the 72nd Honolulu District Commander June 24, 2020. Prior to joining Honolulu District, he most recently served as the Deputy Commanding Officer of the 130th Engineer Brigade, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. Lieutenant Colonel Marshall grew up in Greensboro, North Carolina. He was commissioned into the U.S. Army as an Engineer in 2002 following graduation from the U.S. Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2012 with a Master of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (Civil), Project Management Professional, and an Assistant Professor of Physics.
Jennifer Moore is currently serving as the Deputy District Engineer for Programs and Project Management and Chief, Programs and Project Management Division of the Honolulu District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Major Alberto Baez is the Deputy District Commander for the Honolulu District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers stationed at Fort Shafter, Hawaii.
