The Honolulu District Real Estate Branch is a full service organization comprised of a knowledgeable and professional group of Realty Specialists and Realty Technicians. We provide real estate services for the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Recruiting, Civil Works, Special Operations, and Interagency & International Services (Reserves and National Guard) in support of operations and programs throughout the Pacific Rim.
We provide the following Real Estate services: appraisal, acquisition, ingrants/outgrants management and disposal, real estate survey and mapping, relocation, real estate planning, base closure disposals and PCS claims. One of our major programs is the Joint Recruiting Facilities Program which we acquire and manage recruiting stations throughout the State of Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Saipan, Japan and Korea.
We also have qualified Contingency Real Estate Support Team (CREST) trained employees that deploy in support of natural disasters and overseas contingency operations during national emergencies.
