Honolulu District Commander Lt. Col. Chris Crary addresses more than 40 volunteers at Fort DeRussy in Waikiki prior to the Corps-sponsored beach and berm cleanup in honor of National Public Lands Day and International Coastal Cleanup Day. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Pacific Regional Visitor Center coordinated the event that was supported by Corps employees, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, and the Punahou Junior ROTC cadets.
