WAIANAE, Hawaii (March 4, 2019) -- Kahu Chris Oliveira of Waianae leads the traditional Hawaiian blessing of the workers and leadership for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers'-managed Piilaau Army Recreation Center seawall repair project (PARC).
