WAIANAE, Hawaii (March 4, 2019) -- U.S. Army Corps of Engineers project managers and engineers attended the Hawaiian blessing ceremony today for the Corps' emergency repair of the seawall at the Piilaau Army Recreation Center (PARC). The $4 million project will demolish and replace 700 linear feet of the existing seawall that protects the PARC shoreline along Pokai Bay.
