Honolulu District’s Regional Engineering Center (REC) employees were presented with One-Star letters by Pacific Ocean Division Commander Brig. Gen. Thomas Tickner during a ceremony held Sept. 5 at District headquarters. Tickner told the group that he was "exceptionally proud of their level of professionalism and tireless work on a greatly accelerated timeline" in preparing designs for the Aircraft Maintenance Hanger.
