Congratulations to Thomas Crump, who was presented the Bronze Order of the de Fleury Medal, one of the highest honors for those who support the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. Army Engineer Regiment, Sept. 25, 2019 by Honolulu District Commander Lt. Col. Kathryn Sanborn for his 40 years of service to USACE. Crump, who retired from federal service Sept. 30, served in various positions within USACE beginning in 1979 as a GS-5 at St. Louis District, before moving on to serve in the civil and public works branch at St. Paul District, and most recently as Honolulu District's Chief of the Military Programs branch, Engineering and Construction Division
