FORT SHAFTER, Hawaii (March 4, 2020) -- Lt. Gen. Todd T. Semonite, USACE Commanding General and 54th U.S. Army Chief of Engineers spoke to more than 250 Pacific Ocean Division and Honolulu District employees during a joint town hall March 4 at Fort Shafter’s Richardson Theater. Semonite discussed the impending reformation within the DoD, the U.S Army, the pathways in Revolutionizing USACE, recognition of USACE’s new Command Sgt. Maj. Patrickson Toussaint, and presentation of Chief’s coins to outstanding Division and District employees. Lt. Gen. Semonite also reiterated that USACE remains committed to communication, engagement, and collaboration with the numerous nations, partners and stakeholders in the Pacific region.
