Hill oversees execution of all USACE civil and military contingency operations during disaster response and recovery, and ensures the readiness of the critical teams and equipment that deploy for these operations. He was on Maui to ensure USACE response teams have everything they need to continue USACE recovery efforts in Hawai‘i.
