Singh assumes command of USACE Sinlaku Recovery Field Office

Lt. Col. Simratpal Singh assumed command from Lt. Col. Adrian Biggerstaff of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Super Typhoon Sinlaku Recovery Field Office May 26 at the RFO headquarters in Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands. USACE, at the direction of FEMA, is mission assigned to provide temporary power and roofing, debris removal and critical infrastructure assessments throughout the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
