U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Hosting Former Waikoloa Maneuver Area Restoration Advisory Board (RAB) Meeting

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Honolulu District is hosting a Public Restoration Advisory Board (RAB) meeting for the former Waikoloa Maneuver Area, South Kohala, Island of Hawaii Wednesday April 17, 2019 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Kuhio Hale, Department of Hawaiian Home Lands West Hawaii District Office, 64-756 Mamalahoa Hwy, Waimea.

The Restoration Advisory Board meeting will review past actions and give a status update regarding ongoing environmental investigations and restoration activities to address military munitions potentially remaining at the former Waikoloa Maneuver Area.

The RAB is intended to involve the community in the restoration decision-making process for the former Waikoloa Maneuver Area. RAB meetings are open to the public and community members are invited to attend.
