District and Division Senior Leaders Conduct Engagements With Key Military Leaders

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Commanders Lt. Col Eric Marshall, Honolulu District and Brig. Gen. Kirk Gibbs, Pacific Ocean Division along with Honolulu District's Deputy District Engineer for Programs and Project Management Jennifer Moore visited Guam. March 15-18, to conduct engagements with key military leaders to discuss current and planned military construction projects. The team also toured military construction projects. and key DoD infrastructure to gain a better understanding of the military operation challenges and shortfalls. The team engaged the Mayor of Agat and the Guam Coastal Projects lead planner to gain insights into USACE civil works studies and discuss areas of potential support. Finally, the team had an office call with the Governor of Guam to express our gratitude for her continued support, relay the positive nature of our civil works visits and discuss possible areas of support
