The Goal of the Restoration Section is to provide capability for the cleanup of sites which have been impacted by contamination. The Section also provides environmental planning support to the Engineering and Construction Office which operates under a Memorandum Of Agreement (MOA) with the Department of Homeland Security to provide project management, engineering, and construction services for border protection activities.
