Army Corps, Garrison Break Ground for New Helemano Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing Facility

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Honolulu District and Honolulu-based contractor Sumo-Nan, LLC officials broke ground June 14 on a new unaccompanied enlisted personnel housing facility (barracks) for 140 personnel at Helemano Military Reservation.
