  • Ala Wai Canal Flood Project Cost Increases

    A Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis (CSRA) workshop conducted with the City and County of Honolulu in Oct. 2020 determined an increase to the cost for the Ala Wai Flood Risk Management project.     The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Honolulu District welcomes new leadership Wednesday, June 24 as Lt. Col. Eric S. Marshall assumes command from Lt. Col. Kathryn P. Sanborn during a modified change of command ceremony being held at Fort Shafter’s Palm Circle Gazebo. Marshall, who most recently served as the deputy commander, 130th Engineer Brigade at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, is the 72nd commander in the District's 115 year history.
