Army Corps Awards Contract for New Helemano Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing Facility

Sumo-Nan, LLC a Honolulu-based contractor was awarded a $28,024,553 firm-fixed-price contract on Sept. 1, 2011 that will provide for the design and construction of an unaccompanied enlisted personnel housing facility (barracks) for 140 personnel at Helemano Military Reservation, Oahu, Hawaii.
